Because of the expertise, complexity, details, frustration, and time involved in collecting for not-at-fault vehicle damage, most organizations submit claims through an insurance broker or third-party administrator (TPA), even when it is not their fault. Pricing Structure
Clients always win. Funds recovered offset your overall damages. In most cases clients would recover nothing for the line items of loss that we pursue. If we recover nothing you pay nothing.
We process physical and ancillary damage for more complete recoveries. When you weigh the fees that we earn it is roughly 23% of the total claim value. This is comparable to other claim processing fee structures but with more recovery and pay on performance.
We bear all the risk. Though we do all of the work and front all costs, in many cases we will not be paid anything due to lack of a viable source of recovery funds, policy limits, apportioned recoveries, or other constraints.
