As part of our program, ACM provides an easy-to-use online portal, ACM Tracker. It is available 24/7/365 with no setup or service charges. The portal offers full visibility and transparency at all times. Clients use the portal to securely and easily submit claims and documents, track status, review payment details, and communicate with our team.
The portal is completely web-based and requires no installation. ACM follows all SOC2 and PII compliance guidelines, as do all our world-class cloud technology platform providers. From the home page, the portal organizes claims by status: awaiting data, currently open, recently closed, or all claims submitted, making it easy to submit, find, and get status updates on all your claims.
